Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as the cookies have not yet been prepared. To request a cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible.

Once the cookies have been baked, prepared, or packaged, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns and Exchanges

For health and food-safety reasons, cookies and other perishable food products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final once an order has been prepared.

If you receive an incorrect order or experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review the situation and help resolve it.
